Spa Mystery shopper is a tool used externally by PANVIMAN Spa Academy, watchdog organizations, or internally by us to measure quality and service or compliance with regulation or to gather specific information about staffs products and services. The Spa Mystery Shopper's specific identity and purpose is generally not known by the establishment being evaluated and perform specific tasks such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way, with standard practice as a way to measure employee integrity. Tools used for Spa Mystery shopper assessments range from simple questionnaires to complete audio and video recordings.
We will check your spa from front to back up to down every single square-meter, including staff, operation, decoration, product, step of treatment, service mind, staff attitude etc. and summary white and black report for you. In the white side you can keep going on but for black side you must to take your decision that you will improve or just want to go down as effect to your business.
After the visit the shopper submits the data collected to PANVIMAN Spa Academy, which reviews and analyzes the information, completing quantitative or qualitative statistical analysis reports on the data for you.
